Food or plate sharing is such an unknown phenomenon in the Hungarian gastro scene, that we do not even have our own exact term for it.  From the usual soup-appetizer-main course-dessert quartet, only the soup and dessert have a specific place in their meal order, and the “gaping space” between them can be filled by the table company with several appetizers and main courses.

 

The mix of smaller, more colorful and refined dishes shows that in front of everyone, the goal is to benefit from the cavalcade of flavors and ingredients developed.

 

This kind of food culture may be familiar when you think of tapas or mezze, although the big difference is that Fleischer builds its cuisine on completely international, seasonal ingredients.  The menu is short, but it changes more actively, which is why you can safely rely on the recommendations and suggestions of the waiters when compiling the menu.

 

 “Sharing is careing” - this is cumulatively true in Fleischer!
